Ana Winkler

Ana Winkler is a student at German Sport University Cologne, where she studies Sport and Performance. Over the past two semesters (25/26) she completed an internship at the HRVLABorde, where she focused on HRV and Breathing Techniques. In the upcoming semester she will work on her bachelor's thesis within the HRV Test Battery. Afterwards, she plans to pursue a master's degree in psychology with the goal of becoming a sports psychologist.
