Luisa Wonsyld

Luisa Wonsyld is a psychology student in Cologne who is on track to complete her bachelor's degree this year. From October 2025 to March 2026, she completed an internship at the HRV LABorde, where she witnessed and contributed to its founding. Her tasks focused on HRV, breathing techniques and emotional intelligence. She is currently working on her bachelor's thesis on the HRV test battery in relation to executive functions and the Vagal Tank Theory. After completing her bachelor's degree, she plans to pursue a master's degree in psychology.
