Alexe Wagemaker

Alexe Wagemaker is a neuroscience bachelor's student at the University of Cologne and is currently completing her bachelor's thesis within the Cologne HRV Test Battery at the HRV LABorde.

Her thesis investigates whether resting vagally mediated heart rate variability and vagal reactivity during an orthostatic challenge are associated with cognitive flexibility, thereby examining how autonomic nervous system regulation relates to executive functioning.

After completing her bachelor's degree, Alexe plans to continue her academic path in a master's programme focused on the intersection of psychology and neuroscience
