Anima Röthig

M. Sc. Psychology

Anima Röthig is a Master's student in Psychology at the University of Bonn and is expected to complete her Master ofScience degree by the end of 2026. As part of her Master's degree, she specializes in clinical psychology and work and organizational psychology. Her Master's thesis investigates cognitive performance across the menstrual cycle in women with ADHD and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). From August to October 2026, she is completing an internship at the HRV LABorde.

During her internship, she supports research in applied sportpsychology while also contributing to the lab's science communication through its social media channels. She is involved in two ongoing research projects: the validation of the Cologne HRV Test Battery and a study investigating the effects of breathing techniques using spirometry. Her responsibilities include participant testing, data collection, data processing, and statistical analysis.
