Alisea Pabst

Alisea Marietta Pabst holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Psychology, with a focus on Clinical Psychology, and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Sport Psychology at HSD Hochschule Döpfer, expected to graduate in summer 2027. Her main interests include mental performance, stress regulation, attention, decision-making, and performance under pressure.
Alongside her studies, Alisea works as a fitness instructor, teaching Bodypump and Bodyattack classes. She previously spent five years teaching Standard and Latin dance to children, adolescents, and adults of different experience levels.
Before focusing on sport psychology, Alisea worked for three years as a consultant, advising national and international companies on compensation, transformation, and leadership. This experience sparked her interest in performance and psychological processes in demanding professional environments.
As part of her internship at HRV LABorde, Alisea is expanding her knowledge of heart rate variability and gaining hands-on experience in sport psychological research through participant testing, data collection, and data processing. In her free time, she enjoys strength training and running.
