Aylin Abdioğlu

We are excited to add Aylin Abdioğlu to our research group as part of her Erasmus+ traineeship. Aylin is a Research Assistant and PhD Candidate in Movement and Training Sciences at Akdeniz University in Turkey. Her M.Sc. research focused on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback.

Her interests lie at the intersection of sports psychophysiology & athletic performance. During her stay with our team at the Performance Psychology - German Sport University Cologne, she will further develop her expertise in psychophysiological assessment methods, including HRV, while contributing to our ongoing research projects. International research exchanges like this create valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, and innovation across borders.
